All you need in life is your sweetheart by your side…and a nice glass of wine! This styled wedding shoot at Acquaviva Winery in Maple Park, Illinois, brought together two valentines, wine, and glamour, all in time for the sweetest day of the year!
This real-life couple exchanged vows within the rows of the intimate vineyard. Our bride’s flowers were lush and wild and her bridesmaid carried a matching bouquet. With her hair styled with more flowers, and wearing a splendid ballgown covered in lace and beading, she was a vision to behold!
Looking to create a more mature Valentine’s day experience, our vendor team pulled together a sparkly and romantic guest table. Deep, rich red linens were topped with a delicate gold overlay and ornate gold place settings. An ombre effect of pink and red blooms crept their way up the base of the striking red rose centerpiece that towered overhead. Custom hand-painted escort cards led guests to their seats and added extra flair to the table. A matching menu card tucked into the deep red napkin set the tone for a delicious evening! The coordinating invitation suite was luxurious and brought in wine colored elements, perfect for our venue.
Nearby in the wine tasting room, our couple cuddled at their pretty-in-pink sweetheart table! Varying shades of blush pink layered together created this elegant monochromatic look that would impress any valentine! Sharing a glass of Acquaviva’s signature wine together before cutting into their sophisticated cake, our couple was cute as can be! They glowed with love, with maybe a little help from some candlelight, as they celebrated this special day. Gold dusted macarons were a sinfully sweet ending to a day full of love and laughter!
