Greenery & Disco Balls for Zach & Duggan
If you were to imagine a fun disco cruise that got shipwrecked on a tropical island, you’d have a pretty good idea of what Zach and Duggan’s wedding at Cafe Brauer looked like.
Cafe Brauer was the first venue Zach and Duggan toured, and the moment they walked into the main hall, they were captivated by its beautiful Prairie School architecture. The venue’s large windows, tall ceilings and lagoon-side location provided great natural light and a charming atmosphere, perfectly fitting the overall aesthetics they envisioned for their event. Additionally, with many out-of-town guests, Zach and Duggan wanted to offer a glimpse of Chicago’s skyline without sacrificing green space, making Cafe Brauer the perfect choice.
For their florals and decor, Vale of Enna assisted in creating a vision that was – approximately – 90% big luscious greens and 10% flowers sprinkled in. Adding a festive twist, they incorporated disco balls to create that tropical island party vibe. Amidst voluminous monstera plants and small gold animal figurines at each place setting, guests were transported into an imaginative and elevated atmosphere.
