Room 1520 is located in the incredible West Loop! A former gear factory, Room 1520’s open, clean, bright floor plan can be transformed into the perfect event. Room 1520 features crystal chandeliers throughout, a lush secret garden perfect for photos, a silver gilded antique bar with custom marble top and street level access and abundant street parking. We also include a choice of crystal chiavari chairs or wooden cross back chairs, round and rectangular dining tables, cocktail tables and curated lounge furniture. And the best part…a huge, sun filled dressing room with en suite powder room, perfect for getting ready with your friends and family, enjoying brunch and taking photos on your big day!
