• Catering options – we’ll help you find the right catering options for your event and retrieve custom proposals and pricing details for you
• Hotel room blocks – need rooms for out-of-town guests? A bridal suite? A get ready room? We’ll help you find hotels near your venue and secure your accommodations!
• Proposal tracking – we’ll prepare a breakdown of each proposal’s rates, availability, parking info, and special details
• See it in person – we’ll coordinate your appointments and customize an itinerary so you can see the venues and hotels in person, meet the event staff, and envision your wedding coming to life!
• Vendor recommendations – we’ll connect you with local vendors for all of your needs (flowers, transportation, entertainment, etc.)
