Our basic price of just property rental includes the length and breath of the property (including the patio, weather permitting). The space is already equipped with two wet bars Fridge and freezer, vanity area that also doubles up as a buffet space, indoor it is set up to seat 17 people comfortably as is and more furniture can be rented depending on guest count and style of event, outdoor there is seating for up to 10 people as is (extra seating packages available), Bluetooth speakers, TV for screen mirroring or catching a game, changing room for brides.
