Handled by Hamlin Events proudly serves Chicago and the Northwest Suburbs. Providing exceptional planning and event management for all celebratory moments. We pride ourselves on being open and friendly while honoring a professional environment with your entire vendor team. If you need a planner who is organized and laid back we are the team for you. No detail will be left behind and we will always find a way to your dance floor.

Prices & Fees:
Pricing ranges from $2,250 - $9,000 depending on your event needs. We also offer A'la carte services for smaller events. Most popular is our Month-of or Event Management package which begins at $2250 for 2025 and $2475 for events in 2006. This package includes a lead coordinator and an assistant for weddings with a guest count of 150+. Up to 10 hours on site for your wedding day. A detailed timeline and up to 3 details meetings starting 6-8 weeks before your big day.
