Golden Hour Vineyard Wedding Inspiration
Two of the greatest things on Earth, love and wine, were plentiful at this merlot-hued styled shoot at Acquaviva Winery in Maple Park, Illinois.
Layers of petal pink, mauve, mulberry and aubergine purple laced with glimmers of gold gave this vineyard wedding a lavish, golden hour feel. The winery itself made for a beautiful backdrop, but the theme was elevated with the incorporation of wine bottles as seating charts and ripe grapes garnishing everything from the tablescapes to the ceremony altar.
This inspirational shoot strikes a splendid balance with its rustic and opulent elements, like the wine barrels on either side of the altar and the lacy plates flanked by gold flatware. The color scheme really pulls the whole thing together. Instead of choosing two colors for your wedding, consider picking one color and incorporating array of similar tones — like purple with a spectrum of pinks and reds alongside it.
