Eclectic Chicago Fall Styled Shoot
Indigo and Violet Studio was the host for this eclectic Fall inspired shoot by Iris Weddings and Events, which was captured by Kyle Szeto Photography. The color palette was made up of rich reds and warm neutrals which perfectly complemented one another, invoking the cozy feeling of fall and giving off woodland/ rustic vibes.
Flowers by Stem provided a gorgeous bouquet, centerpiece, and boutonniere made of organic, recycled flowers from the previous weekend’s weddings. The deep reds of the florals were accented by warm neutral tones in the exposed brick and wood tables at Indigo and Violet Studio as well as the stained wood signs by Ink, Love, and Paper. Custom yarn art pieces by Leah from Indigo and Violet Studio added subtle rustic touches and texture. Finally, pops of gold in the vintage China from Vintage Place Settings and desserts by ECBG Studio added an extra sparkle and elegance to the shoot.
The bride’s gown is mostly tulle with a simple silhouette, sweep train, and delicate lace detailing; designed by Melissa Sweet and is from David’s Bridal. Hair and makeup were kept simple as well to let the model’s natural beauty shine through. She wore a classic smoky eye and half up-do by Kerry Pritchard Makeup and Hair Artistry.
Other details included: Custom calligraphed place cards and banner by Ink, Love and Paper. Colored glass goblets, gold flatware, crystal champagne coupes, glass serving trays, and cake stands by Vintage Place Settings.
