CHILDHOOD SWEETHEARTS
Kelly and Keith had their first date at 12 years of age at a summer camp. Keith had asked Kelly to go to the camp dance with him and he still laughs thinking of the big black “Debbi Gibson” hat she wore. Their paths crossed several times in the intervening years, dating again during their teen years when Kelly returned as a camp counselor and then, finally, once more as adults when they both were in Chicago and had the time and maturity to realize how important they were to each other.

CEREMONY
The wedding ceremony took place in the Skyline Room on the 16th floor of the Trump Hotel & Tower. The curtains were closed, the lights dimmed and candles lined the aisle.

CAKE
Le Royal of Oak Park provided a scrumptious six-tier cake with white fondant frosting over butter cream, with a black ribbon and rhinestones along the base of each tier. The owner sat down with Keith, Kelly and Kelly’s mom to design their dream cake.
WEDDING GOWN
A Maggie Sottero ivory, sweetheart neckline ball gown purchased from Volle’s Bridal Boutique, Lake Zurich.
BRIDESMAID DRESSES
Disney Bridal fuchsia satin v-neck dresses with empire-waist purchased from Volle’s Bridal Boutique.
JEWELRY
The bride wore a silver wreath with blue sapphires and diamonds with matching dangly earrings. Bridesmaids wore similar earrings with contrasting pink and green stones. Both were designed by Kelly and her mother with help from Sherry at The Goldsmith, Ltd., Chicago.
